Precision cutting and forming process, using CNC plasma cutting or laser cutting technology, high-precision cutting of steel plates to ensure dimensional deviation of various components of the excavator bucket.
The forming process combines bending machine cold bending forming and mold stamping forming. For key parts such as bucket body and side plate, mold shaping is used to ensure consistent curvature, reduce welding stress concentration, and avoid the risk of cracking during operation.
High strength welding process, using a combination of submerged arc automatic welding and carbon dioxide gas shielded welding. All welds must undergo non-destructive testing (UT/MT) to ensure the absence of defects such as porosity, slag inclusion, cracks, etc., and meet the strength requirements for heavy-duty operations.
Standardized heat treatment and surface strengthening, for excavators with high wear resistance requirements, overall or partial heat treatment is required after welding:

The excavator bucket adopts modular design, and the bucket body, cutting edge, bucket teeth, side edge, reinforcement plate and other components are assembled in a standardized manner.
