The boom is a key structural component. Weak lifting is commonly caused by:
- Damaged hydraulic cylinder: Scored cylinder tube, worn piston seals, or end‑cover seals cause internal leakage, reducing efficiency.
- Reduced hydraulic pump power: Increased leakage and friction lower flow and lifting speed.
- Oil line leakage: Poor suction sealing or external pressure leakage reduces performance.
- Clogged oil lines: Contaminants restrict flow, lowering cylinder output.
