There are many accessories on excavators, and daily maintenance is essential. If the oil cylinder is clogged, the following methods apply.
Clogging is mainly caused by substandard diesel oil or impurities mixed during refueling. Common clogged parts: oil suction pipe in the fuel tank, filter screen, diesel filter, fuel tank cap vent. Solutions: Use clean diesel and keep the oil circuit sealed; perform regular oil circuit maintenance; clean or replace the diesel filter element in a timely manner; clean the fuel tank according to working conditions to remove sludge and water at the bottom.
