Solenoid valves are industrial equipment controlled by electromagnetism, basic automatic components for fluid control, belonging to actuators, not limited to hydraulic and pneumatic systems. There are many types, including check valves, safety valves, directional control valves, speed control valves, etc., used in different positions of the control system.
Working principle: A solenoid valve has a closed chamber with through holes connected to different oil pipes. A piston is in the middle, with electromagnets on both sides. The valve body is attracted to the energized side, opening or closing different oil discharge holes. The oil inlet is normally open. Hydraulic oil enters different oil pipes, pushes the cylinder piston, which drives the piston rod and mechanical device. Thus, mechanical movement is controlled by switching the electromagnet current on and off. Selection principles: Follow safety, reliability, applicability and economy in sequence.
Then select according to six on-site working conditions: pipeline parameters, fluid parameters, pressure parameters, electrical parameters, action mode and special requirements.
