Three Maintenance Techniques for Hydraulic Accessories

    Hydraulic accessories work in harsh environments with vibration. To ensure accuracy and stability, maintenance must focus on three points: inspection, tightening and lubrication.

1. Check for oil leakage after daily operation and eliminate problems in time. Check and replenish fuel, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and engine coolant to specified levels. Check the grease stock of the centralized lubrication pump and add high-temperature-resistant grease. Ensure the reliability and integrity of all accessories and control parts.

2. Perform proper lubrication of hydraulic accessories. Thoroughly clean around grease nipples before adding lubricating oil to prevent dust from entering lubricated parts. Lubricate all points outside the centralized lubrication system and parts with special requirements. Do not run the genuine grease pump dry, as air will be drawn into the grease pipe, reducing lubrication quality and causing bearing damage.

3. Regularly inspect and tighten all accessories, especially the feeding system and traveling mechanism, focusing on vibrating, tamping and leveling parts. Perform inspection together with cleaning after work; tighten any loose parts.
