Basic parameter adaptation
Size matching: Strictly customize the length, thickness, and width according to the equipment model (such as XCMG GR180, Sany PY190) to ensure accurate matching of installation hole positions.
Structural design: The blade angle can be customized, supporting segmented blade customization for easy local replacement and reduced maintenance costs.
Material and process requirements
Material selection: High Wear Resistant welding layer is selected for conventional working conditions, wear-resistant steel is selected for strong abrasion working conditions (mines, gravel fields), and high manganese steel material can be customized for extremely harsh working conditions to enhance impact resistance.
Strengthening process: Quenching treatment is required at the cutting edge, and wear-resistant alloy blocks can be customized for key stress bearing parts to extend the service life of vulnerable parts.
